If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to the relevant order to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and the printed return form.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
